Selenite Healing Crystal Sticks

Selenite sticks are perfect for recharging and cleansing all your crystals. Place your small crystals on the selenite and leave them for at least 6 hours.

This item may help with aches and pains (headaches, muscle soreness or tightness) as well as insomnia. Lay down, take deep breaths, and exhale at least 3 times. Gently place the selenite directly on the spot that is giving you trouble, relax (close your eyes, meditate, set an intention for the selenite) for at least 15-20 minutes. This stone may help to absorb the negative energy.

Each is sold separately. Please do not get your selenite wet or near water; it can disintegrate. Also, the item scratches very easily. Please note that each natural stone has imperfections. These are hand-cut in Morocco.
